Every product at Nilokha is carefully selected and inspected to ensure its best quality. If you encounter ant issue with your purchase, please refer to the policy below.
- Return/Refund eligibility
Return or exchange will be applicable only in the following situations.

- You received a wrong product which is different from the one you ordered.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. It should be returned in its original packaging.
2. Damaged / Defective Products

- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. Please Whatsapp on +91 7902513466 for any claims.

- Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/exchange claims. Kindly shoot a package opening video with no cuts/edits. Based on the issue, the product may be eligible for either a return or an exchange.
3. Non-refundable cases
No returns will be applicable for below reasons.

- Change of mind
- Size issues
- Delay caused by courier services(which is beyond our control)
- Minor variations in color/texture due to lighting conditions.
4. Refund/Exchange process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- For exchange requests, a replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is received.
5. Cancellation policy

- We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed.
