Refund policy

Every product at Nilokha is carefully selected and inspected to ensure its best quality. If you encounter ant issue with your purchase, please refer to the policy below.

  1. Return/Refund eligibility

          Return or exchange will be applicable only in the following situations.

    • You received a wrong product which is different from the one you ordered.
    • The product arrived damaged or defective.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. It should be returned in its original packaging.

       2. Damaged / Defective Products

    • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. Please Whatsapp on +91 7902513466 for any claims.
    • Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/exchange claims. Kindly shoot a package opening video with no cuts/edits. Based on the issue, the product may be eligible for either a return or an exchange.

       3. Non-refundable cases

           No returns will be applicable for below reasons.

    • Change of mind
    • Size issues
    • Delay caused by courier services(which is beyond our control)
    • Minor variations in color/texture due to lighting conditions.

       4. Refund/Exchange process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
    • For exchange requests, a replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is received.

       5. Cancellation policy

    • We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed.
