1. Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Dispatch times may vary slightly during festive seasons, sale periods, or due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time is calculated from the next working day after dispatch.

Within Kerala: Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 2–10 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. Nilokha shall not be held responsible for such delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Kindly ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Nilokha will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customers choosing delivery to a non-residential address are responsible for coordinating the receipt of their parcel.
